Australia wide, shipping is covered by Ang Hart. The price you see on the checkout is all inclusive and there are no additional costs required.

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details, as well as an email directly from Ang Hart, to the email address you have specified on your account. We will normally confirm receipt of your order within one (1) day of ordering.

We will attempt to have your artwork sent by the artist and associated freight provider within five (5) business days; and delivered within fourteen (14) business days. Please be aware that your artwork is coming from a rural area in Australia, so it may take our freight provider or Australia Post longer to arrive. Our courier only accepts street addresses, though if you request we use Australia Post, a PO Box can be used.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Taxes and duties that may be applied depending on the destination country are to be paid by the customer. We recommend that you check with your country’s customs to know what costs may be added to your order by your country’s government which may include but not limited to GST, sales tax, import duties, inspection and administration levies. Ang Hart does not add these to your order and is not liable for any of these additional charges. Please be aware that cross-border shipments may be subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

INSURANCE

AngHart insures all artworks in transit. In the rare case an artwork is damaged in transit, we have it fully covered. You must notify us within the returns period of any damage, or if the work is not as advertised, please check the work as soon as you recieve it and inform us of any issues.

Insurance is valid for the time the artwork is in transit only.

RETURNS POLICY

Please choose your items carefully, as refunds are not normally provided due to change of mind or incorrect selection. Returns and exchanges of originals and prints are not offered due purely to a change of mind.

When an original Ang Hart artwork is created, it begins to age. As ageing continues, occasionally due to movement and atmosphere, the mediums, paint and ink may become brittle and crack.

I do not accept any returns based on ageing.

Whilst the utmost care is taken in the making and packaging of artworks, should these be damaged during transit, please photograph the packaging before opening and then photograph the work contained in the package.

For items damaged during transit, please email ang@anghart.com and I will replace your print. For any originals that have been affected, I will return with a commission.

A refund can only be issued after the goods have been returned to us and have been checked to be in the same condition as they had first shipped, i.e in all its original packaging, and in good condition.

If the artworks are returned directly by you, they must be returned via a trackable and insured shipping carrier, and the tracking information must be provided to Ang Hart.

Please note all goods are pre-checked and leave in perfect condition.

If any goods arrive damaged, please contact us immediately by email within 7 days of receipt.
